Milhoff was started by Bob Hofmeister and Bob Miller. Brett Quinnell, who started at Milhoff as a machinist in 1985, purchased the company in 2001. Brett continues the company’s primary objective—to determine the most efficient way to repair a worn or broken part or manufacture a new one...not how much more we can charge.
